Friday Night Smackdown is our once-a-month event where we play a tournament of a game giving the winner a chance to walk away with a free copy.

This Smackdown we will be playing Carnuta.

Welcome to the annual ceremony that brings together druids from distant lands! Eight secret ingredients have been selected, and your task in Carnuta is to combine them carefully and assemble your runes to create an exceptional potion.

A game of Carnuta plays over a series of turns. On your turn, you will take 2 actions, the same or different, out of the 4 possible. The goal of the game is to create a potion by playing cards in front of you. Each card is worth points depending on the ingredients in your potion. The game ends once one player plays an 11th card in front of them.
